Desert Glamping Retreat - Moab, Utah
Brave and Sun & Moon Sober Living’s 2025 fall hiking retreat is destined for Moab, Utah. We will be nestled in luxurious glamping accommodations seven miles north of Moab, near Utah’s famed Canyonlands and Arches national parks. This 3-night retreat will spend two full days immersed in both national parks, exploring the stunning towering plateaus, sandstone cliffs, and geologic wonders of Utah’s Canyon Country. Off the trails, we will unwind and relax in our desert oasis, practice restorative yoga, refuel with delicious food, giggle, and connect with new friends by the campfire.

This retreat is open to sober and sober-curious women. Our intention is to bring together a group with a shared interest in living alcohol-free. This retreat is not a replacement to addiction treatment and will not be suitable for those in active addiction.
-
No, however this retreat is highly active and we will be hiking for hours at a time. If you do have physical limitations or injuries, please contact Carrie or Mary to discuss.
-
Absolutely! We’ve created this experience in order to encourage connection and build community. Majority of women have travelled to Brave’s previous retreat destinations solo.
-
We get it and we got you. We know that everyone arrives feeling a bit anxious and have programmed the initial evening and entire retreat to facilitate connection. You can always pull one of aside if you need extra tlc. xo
-
Definitely not. The entire weekend’s agenda is simply an invitation. Every hike, yoga session, excursion and activity is completely up to you. No expectations. You decide, it’s your retreat!

Brave does not refund retreat payments. It is highly recommended that you obtain your own travel insurance should you need to cancel for any unforeseeable reason to cover your expenses. You may gift your retreat to a friend or provide a scholarship to someone who otherwise may not be able to attend.
